The Board has held several public meetings, all of which Raydient and ENCPA representatives have been invited to participate in. However, to date, representatives have not attended any meetings. There have been multiple exchanges between all parties including letters, media releases, etc., however there have been no face to face discussions. The Board decided yesterday that they to no longer wish to engage in these type of exchanges.
We have created a link on our website which includes some information related to the County's position on this issue. All documents and videos supporting the County's views have been posted there for the residents and media to review and use to make their own determination.
The Board still hopes to meet with representatives of Raydient and the ENCPA to resolve this matter. Until then, the County will maintain their position that Raydient and the ENCPA made commitments to the County that they no longer wish to honor.
