Baptist Hospital, St. Vincent's, Mayo Clinic, Brooks Rehab, Wolfson Children's Hospital, UF Health and the Florida Department of Health will host a Town Hall Meeting to discuss health concerns for our area.
This collaboration is part of the Community Health Needs Assessment Process which was established to evaluate the needs of individuals in our community, and to focus on ways to make measureable improvements in community health and well-being. Local health experts are looking for community members that can ask and answer questions about health and the quality of life at the local and regional level.
Experts agree that all community members have something to offer regardless of training, expertise, and experience. Please consider attending the Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. at FSCJ in the Lewis "Red" Bean Center. There will be refreshments and door prizes. Everyone is invited and the event is free.
