9/6/17 @ 8:45 a.m. - The Board of County Commissioners will be holding a Special Meeting at 10:00 this morning to discuss the County's preliminary preparations related to Hurricane Irma. The meeting will include an update from Emergency Management Director, Billy Estep, who has been monitoring the storm closely and communicating with State Emergency Management officials and representatives from the National Hurricane Center.
The meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers located at 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, FL. (James S. Page Governmental Complex) The public is welcome to attend. If you are unable to attend, you can watch the meeting live on our website. At approximately 10:00 a.m., a "view event" link will appear next to the meeting date. (Note: If you go to the site before 10:00 a.m., you may need to click your refresh button to make the video appear). The video will also be available to view following the meeting if you cannot watch it live.
