Property Appraiser Booth At Callahan Farmers Market This Weekend To Assist Residents With Filing Homestead Exemption

***ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS***
Do you still need to file for Homestead? Are you having trouble making it to our office during normal business hours? Have no fear!
The Property Appraiser’s office will have a booth at the Callahan Farmer’s Market this Saturday, January 4th, from 10am to 2pm, weather permitting.
Ashley and Leslie will be there to assist you with any questions you may have about your property and/or exemptions. In addition to answering your questions, they will also be taking homestead applications on site!!
If you plan to file for your Homestead Exemption Saturday, please click the link below for a list of the documents you and your spouse (if married) will need to provide.

Thank you for reminding us to keep in mind the location when choosing a property to rent. I appreciate that this article mentioned that a good property to rent is one that is within walking distance to public transport as well as amenities such as supermarkets and shopping malls. My sister is planning to rent a house while she is working in Jacksonville and I will advise her to be selective of the location.

I like how you mention it is important to have good credit when trying to buy a new home. I’ve been thinking of moving, so I will need a real estate agent to help me with buying a new home. I will make sure to build up my credit before starting the buying process.

Since the current owners of the stock of housing have the same incentives to buy and not sell, new housing becomes a the main available investment option for all those willing buyers. But there will always appear to be a shortage of new (or existing) housing for sale. The weight of money that shifts into housing markets both increases home prices and the volume of new home sales. but also decreases the willingness of landowners to sell enough new or existing housing to significantly reduce this price growth.

I think that’s a really good way to do that. Dropping everything and going freelance is difficult – really difficult – even for the most talented people. I wouldn’t want to do it, and I have no question of my capabilities. It sounds like yo’re making the smart decision. I wish you good luck.
