0/3/17 @ 2:30 p.m. - It is with great sadness that we share the passing of former Nassau County Fire Rescue employee, Lt. Stephen "Bryon" Pierce. Lt. Pierce retired from Nassau County in 2013 after 25 years of service.
Lt. Pierce was admired by his fellow firefighters for his strength and professionalism and was always there to help a friend in need. Please keep his family in your prayers, especially his children Caroline and Chance, as well as his many friends, brothers and sisters of Nassau County Fire/Rescue Professionals Local 3101.

The family will receive friends at Oxley Heard Funeral Home on Friday, October 6th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. The service will be held at St. Peters Episcopal Church on Saturday, October 7th at 10:00 a.m.
