1/7/19 @ 10:45 a.m. - The Nassau Alcohol Crime Drug Abatement Coalition is hosting an Opioid/Drug Awareness Town Hall Event which will include panel discussions from leading authorities in our community including Volunteer Medical Director, Penny Ziegler; Captain Michael Coy of the Florida National Guard; and a representative from the Sheriff's Office. They will be discussing drug problems in our County and then will have a question and answer segment so residents can learn more about what's affecting our community.
The event will take place on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Nassau Room at FSCJ - 76346 William Burgess Road, Yulee, FL 32097.
The event is free, however participants are urged to make a reservation so they can ensure there is adequate seating for everyone. Snacks and beverages will also be available at the event.
