4/15/21 @ 8:45 a.m. - Please be advised that a segment of Amelia Road at Simmons Road will be closed from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. in order for AJ Johns, Inc., to add permanent striping on the road at the rear entrance of The Lakeside at Amelia Island Assisted Living Facility.
A detour has been established as depicted in the above map. The contractor will ensure access to homeowners within the road closure while the detour is in place. Employees and residents of the Lakeside at Amelia Island Assisted Living Facility will need to utilize the main entrance on Amelia Island Parkway during the road closure.
