9/28/17 @ 4:50 p.m. - A few months ago, District 5 County Commissioner Justin Taylor inquired about having 2 school zone flashing lights installed on River Rd. near Callahan Intermediate School to provide additional safety for the students.
The Board voted to approve the expenditure up to $25,000. The project came in well under budget at $12,750. The new signs are now in place and look great!
