From Emergency Management:
As of 11:00 AM, April 6, 2020, FDOH Nassau has received four new cases with positive COVID-19 testing in Nassau residents. The first case is a 28 year old female with known contact to a confirmed case and is not travel-related. The second case is a 59 year old female who has travel-related exposure and no known contact to a confirmed case. The third case is a 49 year old male with known contact to a confirmed case and is not travel-related. The fourth case is a 21 year old female who has travel-related exposure and no known contact to a confirmed case.
The Health Department is conducting case investigation and contact tracing on these cases. The individuals will remain in isolation until released by public health. This brings the total case count to date to twenty-five for Nassau County.
