Nassau County Department of Health Partners With State COVID Call Center To Assist In COVID-19 Response for Nassau County
FERNANDINA BEACH — The Florida Department of Health in Nassau County has partnered with the State COVID-19 Call Center to assist with COVID-19 response. Individuals who have been identified as a positive COVID-19 case or who have been identified as a close contact to a positive COVID-19 case should be prepared to receive a phone call from the Florida Department of Health.
An individual who is a confirmed COVID-19 case or has had exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case should answer the phone if they receive a call from any of the following numbers:
(833) 917-2880, (833) 443-5364, (850) 583-2419
People who test positive for COVID-19 or have close contact with a COVID-19 case may also receive calls from case investigators or contact tracers at the Nassau County Health Department. These calls will come from local 904 numbers. If you have questions, please call our FDOH – Nassau main phone line at (904) 875-6100
