4/15/21 @ 4:45 p.m. - The Friends of the Fernandina Beach Library will host Author Talk with Joe Palmer, author of A Mariner's Tale. Mr. Palmer is an award-winning former newspaper reporter and he worked for over 20 years for the Federal Public Defender's Office. This is an Author Talk event you don't want to miss!
