6/1/18 @ 9:45 a.m. - Every three years, the Nassau County Health Department surveys residents to receive feedback about their health concerns and needs. This information is then used to create plans and programs to support your personal health.
The survey takes about 6-8 minutes to complete and the findings will be shared with the community in September at a strategic planning meeting.
