On Friday, September 25th, Governor Desantis issued Executive Order 20-244 implementing Phase 3 of the Reopen Florida Plan: Right to Work. Business Certainty. Suspension of Fines.
This phase allows for restaurants and bars to operate at full capacity and suspends the collection of fines and penalties associated with COVID-19.
