The Quit Smoking Now Program is designed to help tobacco users develop a successful plan to quit use of tobacco. The group meets once per week for six weeks and participants offer each other support as they go through the quitting process. Participants are provided everything they need to quit including free nicotine replacement patches, gum, and lozenges.
The next class has been scheduled for Tuesdays from July 8-August 12, 2014 at Baptist Medical Nassau. To sign up, call (904) 482-0189 or visit the AHEC website.
