Why not kick-start your spring cleaning by bringing those items to the annual Totally Toxic & Electronics Recycling Event sponsored by Keep Nassau Beautiful and the Department of Environmental Protection?
The event will take place this Saturday, April 18, 2015 in the Home Depot parking lot beginning at 9:00 a.m. The trucks will remain until 2:00 p.m., or until the trucks are full (whichever comes first).
