DOH Nassau Seeking Volunteers for Healthy Brain Initiative Advisory Group

1/28/22 @ 1:00 p.m. - The Department of Health Nassau is seeking volunteers to serve on the newly established Healthy Brain Initiative Advisory Group. The purpose of the group is to address cognitive health and dementia in Nassau County. Key components of the initiative include community dialogues, training of local health officials and key community partners, and implementation of public health actions on dementia.
