1/25/18 @ 2:25 p.m. - The Nassau County Public Library System hosts weekly Tots Early Literacy Programs for young children and their families to begin emergent literacy skills and instill a lifelong love of reading and learning. Participants explore and learn through music, stories, finger plays, and other activities which aid in their development.
In December 2017, Nassau County Manager, Shanea Jones, was invited to be a Celebrity Reader at both the Fernandina and Yulee Library Branches and she happily accepted. After reading several holiday stories, Ms. Jones led the children in singing holiday songs. A great time was had by all!
