9/13/19 @ 10;15 a.m. - At the Monday, September 9th meeting, the Board of County Commissioners presented a Resolution welcoming Nassau Pride as the County's first American Basketball Association League Team.
The team was founded by Darrin Eakins and Dr. Jeremy Coleman, two local entrepreneurs who wanted to provide a new level of sports and entertainment to Nassau County and to bring together a diverse group of sports enthusiasts throughout Northeast Florida. The team roster will feature professional and college athletes.
Their opening season will begin in November 2019. Information on tickets and game schedules can be located on their website.
