On Saturday, March 28, 2015, the Nassau County Sheriff's Department and Nassau County Fire Rescue competed in the Battle of the Badges Charity Basketball Game at West Nassau High School to raise money for the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run.
This year's winner was Nassau County Fire Rescue. Congratulations to everyone who played! And a big thank you to the West Nassau High School Chick-fil-a Leadership Academy for sponsoring the event. A great time was had by everyone! We can't wait to hear how much money was raised for this wonderful cause.
