Note: The AICVB is the managing agency of the Amelia Island Tourist Development Council which was established in 1988 to collect bed taxes for overnight stays on Amelia Island. Funds generated from the TDC are used to promote tourism on Amelia Island, but are also used for beach improvements and cleaning, as well as for various special events that add to the quality of life for Nassau County residents.
