We regret to share that the splash pad at Nassau Crossing Park will be closed tomorrow morning, Thursday, October 2, 2025.
As the community is aware, there has been an issue causing the system to shut down intermittently. The subcontractor that did the installation has narrowed the issue down to one component that he believes is not functioning properly. Tomorrow, a representative from the equipment manufacturer will be visiting the site to gather information and conduct further testing.
We know this is disappointing, and we share in that frustration. Please know that we remain committed to working with the contractor and manufacturer until the issue is fully resolved and the splash pad can operate reliably for everyone to enjoy.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working toward a permanent solution.
