4/8/21 @ 8:30 a.m. - Just a friendly reminder that this Saturday, April 10th, is the annual Waste Tire Amnesty Event. This event allows Nassau County residents to dispose of up to 15 tires at no charge. Tires must be off the rim and free of debris. Commercial loads will not be accepted.
The event will take place at the Nassau County Convenience Recycle Center located at 46026 Landfill Rd., Callahan. The event is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., however may close earlier if truck reaches capacity before noon.
