The Gold designation honors organizations that foster a strong culture of wellness through programs, initiatives, and leadership support that encourage healthy lifestyles and overall well-being in the workplace.
This recognition further exemplifies the BOCC's ongoing focus on supporting employees through wellness initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional health. By investing in employee well-being, the County continues its efforts to develop and retain a skilled, engaged workforce while creating a positive workplace culture.
