The Nassau County Board of County Commissioners is proud to announce that Nassau County has received the 2026 “Gold” Healthiest Companies Award from the First Coast Worksite Wellness Council in recognition of the County’s commitment to employee health and wellness.
The Gold designation honors organizations that foster a strong culture of wellness through programs, initiatives, and leadership support that encourage healthy lifestyles and overall well-being in the workplace.
This recognition further exemplifies the BOCC's ongoing focus on supporting employees through wellness initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional health. By investing in employee well-being, the County continues its efforts to develop and retain a skilled, engaged workforce while creating a positive workplace culture.
From wellness challenges and health screenings to employee engagement opportunities and educational resources, Nassau County remains committed to ensuring employees feel supported both personally and professionally.
