Downtown was full of energy Thursday night as the annual Shrimp Festival Parade kicked off the 61st year of this beloved island tradition!
Held every Thursday night before the festival begins, the parade is a longtime community favorite that brings together locals and visitors alike for an evening filled with hometown pride, tradition, and fun.
Thank you to the Shrimp Festival Committee for organizing another lively parade and to everyone who participated to help make the streets come alive. We were glad to celebrate alongside the community and help welcome another exciting Shrimp Festival weekend!
