04/27/17 @ 10:00 a.m. - The Office of State Representative Cord Byrd, Farm Share, and various First Responders have partnered to host a Free Food Giveaway on Saturday, May 13th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Florida State Community College (FSCJ) in Yulee.
Their goal is to feed 1,000 families and they will be offering bags of healthy groceries on a first come, first served basis. There is no eligibility or income requirements. Interested persons should check the weather to ensure they are prepared to wait in line comfortably and people with problems standing should bring a folding chair. Don't forget to bring something to help you carry bags of groceries!
