Facilities Manager Tony Lombardi; Journeyman Facilities Technician Josh Powell; County Manager Taco Pope In fact, Josh was one of the original few employees to complete the Journeyman Program, earning his certification for construction/carpentry.
In his position as Journeyman Facilities Technician, Josh performs maintenance and repair of County facilities. Typical duties include general construction such as hanging sheetrock, painting, and building stairs, digging trenches for plumbing and utilities, pouring concrete for sidewalk construction, and operation of various equipment.
Facilities Manager Tony Lombardi stated, "Josh has always been a technician that we can go to for anything. We thank him for all of his hard work and his dedication to the County and its citizens."
