THRU TRAFFIC: - CR 121 from the Duval/Nassau County Line to the CR 119 Intersection is under major construction and closed to thru traffic. Motorists should research their route and use the marked detour route or other alternate routes to reach their destination.
- The marked detour route for THRU TRAFFIC is along the US 90, US 301 and CR 119 routes.
- The Nassau County Board of County Commissioners passed a resolution to regulate truck traffic along the construction project on January 21, 2026. Regulatory signs of "NO THRU TRUCKS" and "EXCEPT LOCAL DELIVERY" were installed on January 22, 2026, designating the section of CR 121 from the Duval/Nassau County Line to the Intersection of Stokes Road subject this resolution.
LOCAL TRAFFIC, including LOCAL DELIVERY
- CR 121 will remain closed to all traffic between the Horseshoe Circle South and Horseshoe Circle North intersections until May, 2026, with a detour along Horseshoe Circle.
- The two-way alternating closure with temporary signals south of Horseshoe Circle Intersection has been removed.
- Daily closures of one lane at a time will take place to replace cross drain culvert pipes from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers in these locations.

- Monday 03/02/26: Paving within current Horseshoe Circle closure.
- Tuesday 03/03/26: Paving within current Horseshoe Circle closure.
- Wednesday 03/04/26: Paving within current Horseshoe Circle closure.
- Thursday 03/05/26: Paving within current Horseshoe Circle closure.
- Friday 03/06/26: Paving within current Horseshoe Circle closure.
- Saturday: No work scheduled.
- Sunday: No work scheduled.
